Does it cover everything we can possibly need for our computers?

 

No.  Sometimes you need a specialist.  A new accounting program, customer relationship management package, Website development or Group training are much better accomplished by someone who does just that everyday.   However, we will be there to select, guide,  manage and work with the implementation of these major projects.  And when the project is done, we will be there with the knowledge to support it.

 

What kind of response time should I expect?

 

Immediate to 1 to 2 hours.  It will vary.  Keep in mind that you are sharing the cost of a full-time professional with several other companies.  Emergencies do happen and triage may have to be conducted from time to time.

 

However, if you ever feel neglected or underserved, let us know.

How can I get the most out of my AdminPlan?

 

1.  Your job is to complain or should we say communicate.  However, please do it nicely.  Make me aware you need help. We take service request by phone, fax, e-mail, web, mail, paper napkin-everyway but telepathically.
